Know Your Sexual Positions
Men are expected to introduce variety in the bedroom. Doing the same position night after night usually leads to dissatisfaction. Below are several basic positions, some of which are ideal for stimulating her G spot.
Missionary. Man on top. In coital alignment technique, he presses the base of his penis against her clit by moving his body slightly higher. The man then rocks against her pelvis to grind her clit, as opposed to going in and out of the vagina. Variations of missionary include, a) he simply lies flat on her, b) she has pillows under her butt and keeps her legs wrapped around his waist, c) he leans up and back to better access her G-spot.
Cowgirl. Woman on top, as if riding a horse. In reverse cowgirl, she is turned to face his feet. During cowgirl, the woman can lean backwards. In reverse cowgirl, she can lean forward until resting on his legs, but this takes a pliable penis; the advantage of this position is it allows for anal play.
Rear-entry, or doggy style. Woman on all 4s, man enters from behind. This hits the G-spot. In rear-entry, the man can access the clit. In a variation, the woman can be flat on her stomach and the man on top of her. In another variation, she can be standing, hands on the ground.
Woman on man's lap, facing towards or away.
Crisscross. Woman on back, man on his side, such that her legs are over his butt.
Woman on edge of table or specialty furniture (swing), man standing. Her legs can dangle off the edge or be supported on his shoulders.
Spooning. Man enters from behind while both side-lying.
Man and woman standing. This is good for a quickie in a janitor's closet. In a variation, she can wrap her legs around his waist.
